Our goal is to inspire, educate and foster an interest in whisky and its vibrant heritage by sharing these noble spirits with novice tasters and experienced connoisseurs alike. We have brought this passion to life through our contemporary whisky tastings for individuals, businesses and organizations, and through our own scheduled events.
THE OUI DRAM EXPERIENCE
At a OUI DRAM whisky tasting, a selection of whiskies are typically sampled over a 2 - 4 hour period, usually accompanied by light appetizers. The tasting may focus on Scotch, Irish, Bourbon or any other whiskies made around the world. They may be of a certain region or a certain age (Horizontal tasting), or expressions from a certain distillery (vertical tasting). Truly there are no rules... only experiences!
